Refund Policy

If your order status is marked delivered but you did not receive it – first, check with your immediate neighbors or mailroom. Check all entrances to your home. Carriers can drop packages off at the wrong address. Second call your local post office and provide your tracking number – In almost every situation the post office or UPS is able to locate the package when you follow the proper steps to notify them of an issue.

If your order appears to be stalled for more than 7 days or USPS cannot find your package, contact us and we will file a claim and an investigation has to be done by the local USPS. If USPS deems that the package is in fact lost, then we will gladly re-ship out your package.
