1.How to proceed an order?

Step4: You arrange the payment.

Step5: I will arrange the shipment after receiving you money.

Step6: The tracking number of the parcel will be sent to you.

Step7: Trace the tracking number on website until you receive it.

2.: If the inspection result can not meet the agreement between the two sides, can you bear all the losses caused by this?

A: Yes, we can. We guarantee that the samples provided will meet the needs of our clients and we will bear the risk of default.

3.: What are your payment terms?

A: We can accept various payment methods, Western Union, T/T, BTC (Bitcoin),Paypal etc.

4: Are there any discounts?

5: How about the delivery time?

A: The delivery time is about 7-15 days after confirming the payment. Delivery times vary from country to country,and the airline,we ship by express special line, door to door, including custom clearance.If parcel lost, we guarantee do reship.

6: Can your company accept the special requirements of customers,like customize logo, label, caps color?

A: Of course, we can accept OEM labels, logo, cap color and print on caps, etc.
